Welcome
Contemporary Women’s Care (CWC) offers a wide range of treatments specializing in the needs of women. With three convenient locations, you can schedule an appointment within 24 hours of calling one of our offices.

The physicians and midwives at CWC are dedicated to providing the highest quality of comprehensive care to women at all stages of life, and understand that women go through many changes during their lifetime.

Our compassionate and trusted physicians will take time to listen to your concerns and are dedicated to caring for all of your health needs, including, but not limited to routine gynecologic care, diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, complete obstetrical care and infertility evaluation and treatment.

The midwives at CWC recognize the importance of communication during a woman’s pregnancy, and focus on working with her to reduce the risk for complications during childbirth. With an emphasis on the needs of the family, our staff encourages family participation in the birth. They will pay special attention to the cultural values and personal preferences of the women in their care.

Appointments
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for all your appointments, to allow our staff time to update your medical records. Please bring your insurance card and co-payment, if required. We also encourage you to bring a list of all your current medications and any questions you would like to be addressed by our staff during your office visit. This will save you time and a possible phone call later.

Prescriptions
Please bring a list of all of your current medications to every appointment. Since it may be difficult to determine what is best for your health without access to your healthcare record, refill requests are handled only during regular office hours Monday - Friday. For the most efficient service, please have your pharmacy call us directly when you need a refill. Please allow two business days to complete the refill process.

Medical Questions
During regular business hours our qualified nursing staff is available to address questions or concerns that may arise. You will be asked to leave a detailed message on voicemail; once your chart has been retrieved, a nurse will return your call as soon as possible. Phone calls are returned as promptly as possible, with urgent calls taking priority. If you are requesting a medication, please have your pharmacy number available.

Insurance
After providing our patients with their healthcare needs, we strive to assist them in meeting their financial goals. If you have any questions regarding billing and our financial policy, please contact our Patient Accounts Department at 800-355-1891.

We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare and self-pay. Please contact your insurance company to confirm coverage.
